Frequently asked questions

Yes absolutely! We will bring the RV directly to your site, completely set it up and get it leveled and stabilized as best we can. If you are connected to power we’ll make sure the refrigerator is on and getting cooled. Remember the refrigerator takes time to cool down and may not be completely cooled by the time you arrive. No worries though it will get there. If you arrive when we are there we’ll give you an in person walk through otherwise all our RV’s are equipped with video instructions so you can learn how things work. Plus you can always give us a call with questions. After your trip we will come back and retrieve the RV and that’s it. Please keep in mind there is an expectation of cleaning the camper and packing up the gear before you leave. You don’t need to do a deep clean we take care of that, but please do a quick pick up before you exit. If you have rented any extra items like tables and chairs those should be collapsed, stacked and ready to load. Sports items should be put back in the bags or boxes. Items like inflatable paddle boards should be deflated (extra charges can incur if our team member has to spend additional time while retrieving the RV.)

Here is a list of the items we have included in every trailer. You will not need to pack any of these things.

The fridge takes time to cool off (some units can take up to 12 hours). We turn it on right when we set up the RV. Please be patient it will get cool. If you are not connected to power remember the fridge will not cool off.

Outlets will not work unless connected to power. (30 amp, 50 amp or generator).

Absolutely! We are massive music lovers and love providing RV’s to concert goers! There is a special process for Gorge delivery. When you book your site at the Gorge just put any time for delivery that’s no problem for us. You will need to provide us with your camping pass prior to delivery of the RV. That is important and how we get in.

Excellent question! It’s very easy. We will drop you a pin and provide some pictures. The pin will take you right to the RV and the pictures will help you identify it.
